Always conscious of the "future" of the business, connecting users and the company

As CTO I'm responsible for development. We run multiple in-house services across various domains, with new service launches always in progress. I focus on two things: 'now = user satisfaction (UX)' and 'future = clearly imagining what's ahead for the business.' Consumer services get real-time, direct feedback from many users. Responding appropriately and quickly requires flexibility and speed—that's both a heavy responsibility and the biggest reward.
Growing personally alongside the services we build

As a father with a family and someone with heavy responsibility at work, the two sometimes conflict. With young children, unexpected issues are routine. But with remote work, leave, and careful scheduling, the flexible environment and good relationships make it possible to balance both. I want to grow as a father and as a developer, alongside the services we've built from zero—and my children.
