Growing the service through close, interactive communication

I work on Gakusei Kyosan operations, mainly back-office tasks like sponsorship program copy and performance management. The back office supports the service to deliver satisfying plans for both companies and students. I work across departments with sales, support, engineers, and designers. Galois has an environment for cross-department communication, so we can discuss any issue quickly. We stay connected with users offline too, so we can reflect their voices directly into the service.

I got married and had children after joining, and I'm now a mother of twins. The company has been flexible with my work style through each life event. With small children, unexpected absences happen, but I use remote work and shorter hours. There's no hierarchy by gender or age—everyone can speak and be evaluated equally. The flat communication makes it possible to keep working with the team even with a changing lifestyle.
