INTERVIEW インタビュー

H.O.
Marketing Division

Enjoying the tension and sense of achievement that comes from responsibility

  • I handle marketing for each business. We conduct research, design, operation, and analysis entirely in-house to meet client needs across diverse business areas. Managing this volume of work is challenging but rewarding—the variety means you gain knowledge, skills, and know-how remarkably quickly. Promotions I plan and execute directly impact company revenue and profits, and I can feel that immediately. The most important thing is 'clarifying objectives.' If objectives are unclear when formulating strategy, planning and execution suffer. I also focus on 'thinking from the other party's perspective'—what does the client want, what does the target audience want—avoiding being trapped by assumptions.

Marketing is like a serious game

  • Marketing feels like a game—figuring out how to clear the mission, celebrating or lamenting results, reflecting on what worked. You need to enjoy your work to have this mindset, and for me marketing is my calling. Galois has an environment that keeps this feeling alive—I can test myself and try new things anytime. That environment was the main reason I joined. We have professionals in sales, production, development, and analytics, so working as a team is smooth. I want Galois to be the first company people think of when they have a problem.
